This is no good if you're stuck with a particular problem and have a one hour time-slot in which to study.
Keep looking and you'll come across the top providers that recommend and use direct-access support at all times - no matter what time of day it is.
Never make do with anything less. 24x7 support is the only kind that ever makes the grade for computer-based training. Perhaps you don't intend to study during the evenings; usually though, we're working while the support is live.
